Islander Resort’s Introduction to Scuba Package

You don’t have to be a certified Scuba diver to enjoy the spectacular beauty of America’s only living coral reef. This package includes an escorted half-day dive trip for two. After a morning lesson at the pool, our professional scuba instructor will personally guide your dives. You will see two different locations featuring hundreds of brilliant tropical fish and corals. Instruction and equipment included. (Please note: some physical restrictions do apply. You must be in reasonably good health and able to swim to qualify for this scuba experience.)

Want to explore all the wonders and spectacular beauty of America’s only living coral reef, but never took the time to learn to scuba dive? You can take a morning lesson at the pool and be on a half day dive with a professional scuba instructor before you know it! You’ll be swimming with brilliant tropical fish and viewing the varieties of living coral in no time. (Please note: some physical restrictions do apply. Snorkeling Adventures with Key Dives - We offer 3 hour trips and visit two locations in the marine sanctuary. Alligator Reef, known as a cleaning station within the Marine Sanctuary. Massive numbers of fish all there to have their scales and teeth cleaned by the neon goby and the junvenile spanish hogfish. Cheeca Rocks offers specatacular coral formations. Likely to see all varieties of angelfish, large parrotfish, barracuda, schools of sergeant majors and much more.

Florida Keys Dive Center is a PADI 5- Star Instructor Career Development Center and has been serving the Keys since 1983. We are centrally located in the Key Largo and Islamorada area and can offer ½ day dive and snorkel charters to over 50 different dive sites in the Florida National Marine Sanctuary. REEFS, WRECKS, AND TECH DIVING available.
