Guest Villas
Rates are based per room, per night, for single or double occupancy. A $10.00 charge is added for each additional guest. Children under the age of 12 are free, if accompanied by a guardian in the same room. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or first night's room and tax deposit. Cancellations may occur without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival date. Special event and holiday policies may vary. Sales and occupancy taxes add an additional 11.5%, subject to change by local taxing authorities.
